How do I sign-in?
You can sign in using your Hull Student ID, you will need to register your details separately and choose a new password that will operate separately to the password you use to access the University services.

My comment/photo doesn’t show on the website, why is this?
All reviews, comments and photos are placed in to moderation in order to verify the validity of each post. Normally posts go live within 24 hours with the exception of weekends where it may take up to 72 hours providing you have clicked the link on the confirmation email. You must click the link on your confirmation email in order for your review to be published.

I've deleted my confirmation email, will my review still be published?
No review will be published unless you have verified that you have access to the university email account you supplied details for. If you can't find the email for whatever reason, just click reset my password from the log in screen or click here.

The link on my confirmation email has expired; can you send me a new one?
To resend a confirmation email, simply click reset my password from the log in screen or click here.

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, click 'login' from the home screen and click the forgotten my password link.

Do I need to set up a new account each year?

No. Simply log in using the details and password you entered when you first registered.

What happens to my data?
