Walking Distance: Calculating...

The property is very well furnished/tidy and is within a walking distance of 15 mins to both the university and Newland avenue. The landlord is incredibly friendly and was always prompt to respond to any problems/issues we had in regards to facilities within the property. I really enjoyed my time there and could not have asked for more.
