Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. Hullidayvillas believe students need a good size room in which to sleep and work. Geoff and Christine spend a long time spring cleaning houses during the summer period to provide clean, fully functioning accommodation when you first move in.

If only I could have stayed in the property for all 3 years of my studies, smashing accommodation, and a very positive experience. The landlord is very kind and helpful with all issues. It pains me to think back to living here, missing the good days.

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review. We enjoyed having all three tenants last year. We have had two children go through university, in other cities recently, and we know the problems encountered with accommodation. We try to be supportive 24/7 with quality homes.

The property is very well furnished/tidy and is within a walking distance of 15 mins to both the university and Newland avenue.
