Water dripping from the lights, appliances always breaking, slow to repair. Front door handle fell off within 2 days of living there.

Thank you for your review. Firstly, we apologise that you feel this way. Repairing problem/'slap dash', last minute-this is certainly not what we intend to do, our aim is to attend and complete repairs on a same day next day basis. We do however acknowledge and appreciate your reasons for being less than satisfied as you have had more repairs than we would expect, some of which have been difficult to locate the problem and to fix it first time (squeaking floorboard). Paint on outside of house is peeling-we apologise that paint has peeled, paint deteriorates over time. This will be attended to in summer time as soon as the weather improves. Of course we want you to be happy, however if there are any other problems you may have we are happy to send a manager to your house at your convenience.

Numerous problems takes a long time to get stuff sorted things break repeatedly and are not always fixed to a high quality.

Thank you for your review. However, we were very saddened to see this as Unicom has attended promptly after each job has been reported. Over the last few months we have been very flexible with rental payments and readjusted these to suit your finances as you have been valued tenants who have been with us for two years. House has been ok, few faults and all reported faults have been fixed within 24 hours except internet connection.

Internet is rubbish (probably because of Kcom). Heating has a mind of it's own. Landlords are quick to repair.
