Thank you for your review. We are very glad that you have enjoyed living at 7 Beech Grove this year, but surprised by your comments about the WIFI, as we pay extra for a Lightspeed office contract, to ensure that our WIFI is the best available. If you would be kind enough to contact us direct, i would be pleased to address any problems that you have had, but as far as i am aware it has rarely caused any problems and on the rare occasions the WIFI has been reported as not working, it has been dealt with immediately, as we pride ourselves on our fast service. We were also concerned that you feel it has been expensive, as we believe that we offer excellent value for money, including dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, TV licence, cleaners, gardeners, unlimited WIFI, etc. all as standard, with NO chargeable extras! as well as our own team dealing promptly with breakdowns and problems. Again, if you would be kind enough to contact us and let us know how we could improve things, it would be very helpful, both to us and to next years students.


Spacious house with lots of extras you wouldn't expect from a student house. Lots of ensuite rooms.
