There is a very smart kitchen with dining area containing table and chairs. There is a separate lounge. The house has lightstream broadband.The house is fully furnished with lots of extras.

Walking Distance: Calculating...

Having come from a house where the landlord was abusive, I was VERY happy to meet the couple owning this property. They are very friendly and professional and this is reflected in the quality of their property. The only minor let down is the location (grafton street isn't the best looking street. However is is very close to newland ave which is great and not far from uni at all).
I would have to rate this property 5* with all things considered. 4* is simply an insult!
