Thank you for your review. With regards to the problems listed above, the electric issues were due to a faulty toaster which we did not provide. After reviewing the maintenance reports for your property, the kitchen sink waste was blocked with rice. Again, after reviewing the maintenance reports from your tenancy, the mould was caused due to condensation and lack of air flow (eg no windows open, drying clothes on radiators). Nice house with good internet and a nice lounge area. There is virtually NO back-garden however.
