Only after two years of our lease was the infestation of rats finally dealt with, after they started breaking in under the back door. We frequently receive viewing visits without proper notification prior (a clear breach of several contract clauses) and the rent - £90 pw bills inclusive - is incredibly disproportionate given the location and lack of ensuites. Overall, the landlord is incredibly deserving of their poor reputation, and we also might have a ghost (he doesn't pay rent).
