Thank you for your review. However, we were very saddened to see this as Unicom has attended promptly after each job has been reported. With regards to you being charged extra, we have no record of this. We have only asked for the carpets to be cleaned when you leave the property as there is currently a cat living in the property.

Horrendous rat problem, repaired poorly (if at all). They refuse to deal with a live rat. Terrible aroma coming from where they were getting in. Diabolical service.
