This house has 5 different sized bedrooms on three floors (including one on the ground floor) all ranging in price. There is a downstairs shower room and toilet located at the back of the property, through the kitchen. The first floor has the main bathroom and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite. This means there is no queuing to use the bathroom.
There is a large lounge with a dining table which is due to have a new television fitted to the wall.
The landlords have cleverly allocated and labelled cupboard space and fridge/freezer draws for all tenants in the kitchen so each have their own space. The kitchen has a backdoor which opens into a courtyard with a table and chairs, potted plants and a large shed that all tenants have access too.
All the bedrooms are newly decorated and are fitted with stylish bedroom furniture and a lockable door.
The landlords and the handyman are very eager to please and are willing to do any alterations to the house/bedrooms. I have just had a brand new pair of blackout curtains bought for my bedroom by the landlord as it was too light for me to sleep. I feel the landlords went out of their way to make sure I was settled and comfortable after moving in. I would highly recommend this property and the landlord.
